Day 39 on my journey: Getting into the month 2 audios…!

On this day I listened to some of the audios. It is always really great to do that.

This month is all about the identity. What believes, thoughts and emotions we have and that we act out through our money and how our sense of self is resisting to change, because we’re afraid to “loose ourselves” and not remember who we are any more.

I would love to ask Joan, whether the identity factor she speaks about can be compared to the ego. It sounds like it.

When I got the pay raise after signing up for Twitter and connecting to more people, I really realized that this work is working. Up until now it was more of an intellectual thing. The information I got on dealing with my emotions is just great.

Joan explains a 7 step process you can do to deal with the emotions we act out through our money. This is something I would love to do. My problem is that I don’t really know where to start.

There are so many issues that I’d love to address and I feel like it is kind off holding me back to think that “there is so much, where do I start?” So end of the day I don’t do as much as I would like to.

I guess I should just pick something and start. That is always the best way to do things… just do it!

Day 37 on my journey: Connecting to people really works…!

I have proof that connecting to people really increases your income. I signed up for Twitter yesterday and started following some people. This morning at work I was notified that I would be getting a pay raise effective as of this month…yeah!

I couldn’t stop smiling. To me this is proof that connecting to people really helps attract more money. I already noticed an increase when I started this blog and went on Facebook, but I guess I must have done something right, because it’s working faster now…

Debt free prosperous living here I come…!

Day 36 on my journey: Facebook and Twitter…!

On this day I listened to an interview Joan Sotkin did with Mari Smith. She is an expert on relationship marketing. She knows a lot about Facebook and Twitter among other social networking media.

It was nice to listen to her and Joan talking about how important it is to connect to people. As I said before… money is always attached to people. The more people you connect with the more money you can attract. Of course it’s better to have quality relationships as opposed to just quantity.

I signed up for Twitter. Although it’s going to be another thing to keep updated, I think it will be good for me to stay in touch with others.

My cashflow sheet is still going strong. All resistance to keeping track of my finances is gone.

The only thing I still want to do is read more of the information in the program and listen to the audios. I also need to read some financial news on yahoo as suggested by Joan.

And as you may remember I need to get rid of some more clutter. I already got rid of some of it. So I’ve made a start… and it feels great.
