Day 124 on my journey: Some great news!

I finally did it. I got myself a new digital camera!!! For those of you who don’t understand the excitement, let me explain.

For years now I’ve been “wanting” a digital camera. I mean I had one, a cheap one and it broke! And I could use my mobile, but I want quality, so I got myself an Olympus Mju 1040 Melon Yellow (yep it’s yellow!). It’s 10 megapixels and I also ordered 2GB extra memory and a camera bag.

What is even more exciting is the way it all happened. I manifested it and I think I did a great job! :-)

I feel like I listened to my intuition, because I ended up spending less than I thought I would, I waited a bit and really asked myself whether to buy the one I wanted to buy at first. I found this one, that’s better than the one I wanted to buy and cheaper on this website with really good deals, but I got the memory card and camera bag from somewhere else because they were cheaper there.

I don’t have it yet. I ordered it from the Netherlands and my mom will be taking it with her when she comes to visit. I’ve waited so long I can wait another week and a half.

Isn’t this great news? Now don’t get me wrong. The main thing I’m excited about is the fact that I was able to use visualization combined with feelings to get this camera. I used to think it was impossible. To expensive, my husband wouldn’t approve, etc, etc…

Now I have proof that I can manifest whatever I like.

I am still focusing on sessions with Joan and I have a good feeling about that. I am not in a hurry. I just know that the best solution for my challenges will present itself. I am ready and waiting!

Day 96 on my journey: Focusing on my goals!

I have been doing my best to “visualize” what it would feel like when I’ve payed off all my debts. So far I can feel relief and an overall good feeling. It is not yet really strong, but any time I think of doing it I focus on those feelings.

So far keeping track of my money is going well. I am still on track. This new software I am using is easy and ok. It’s really simple. When I have started my own business and money starts flowing in, I’ll get Quicken or Quickbooks depending on how things go.

I have added some goals to the list. Besides wanting to take better care of myself, I want to really focus on getting debt free and feeling more prosperous (ofcourse). So far with the program I am doing I feel like I have laid the foundation. I feel so much more confident that I’ll be able to pay off my debts easily and effortlessly.

Woohoo! It just feels great! Tomorrow morning (5 am) I’ll attend a teleseminar by Jeanie Marshall on energizing your goals. I’m looking forward to it.

I’ll let you know how it went.

Day 92 on my journey: Access to month 4..!

I can’t believe I’ve been on this journey for 3 months now. I now have access to month 4 in Joan Sotkin’s BYMM program. This month is all about connecting to others through what Joan calls the field of conciousness.

This month is really important for me, because of my habit of wanting to be alone and feeling alone. I already listened to both the audios and they were just great. I’m definitely going to listen to them again this month.

One of the things I’ve noticed is that I am less apprehensive about contacting others. All this BSFF I’ve been doing is starting to pay off.

I found some new financial software, this time online, to be keeping track of my money. I feel quite excited about it and really hope that this time I can keep at it. The advantage with the software I found is that I can keep track of my money in Kuwaiti Dinars. In the other software I had I had to keep switching from euros to dinars, which was very annoying.
I also found another financial site where there’s a whole community of people interacting with each other. Giving each other financial advice and confessing things they’ve done with their money and they aren’t to proud about. The only problem with that site was that I couldn’t add my transactions manually. At least I didn’t see an option to do it. I asked the question so now I’m waiting for their reply.

2009 is going to be a good year for me. I can feel it. I really feel I’ve changed. I can’t exactly say where and how, but I just feel different.

I am so grateful to Joan for this program she set up. It’s just great.

I need to do my best to call in one day. On the December 30th call she said hi to me and told everyone I was sleeping. Which was true.:-)

My goals for 2009:
-Taking better care of myself.
-Finding a way to start repaying or completely paying off my debts.

I wish you all the best for the new year and hope that you’ll achieve all your goals.

Day 5 on my journey: First contact with my prosperity buddy…

I received a message from my hopefully future prosperity buddy. We now need to decide on how we want to do this. From what I understand we are supposed to support each other, on this journey, in reaching our goals.

We had a teleclass today that was very helpful. It’s great to listen to other people and know that I am not alone. So many people, especially in this time of economic crisis, are going through some fear issues. I can’t really relate much to the fear of loosing money, because I am outside of the US and here in the Middle East I have not noticed much of the economic trouble. Although I have noticed that some of the prizes for groceries have gone up.

I am on a budget and it’s not been easy to stay on budget lately, but somehow I am always able to get what we need. So I am very grateful for that.

I didn’t spend that much money today. I bought some gas, that’s the third time this week. My car is drinking the fuel… I do a lot of driving and so does my husband. He has his own car, but sometimes drives mine, because it’s in better condition. I love my car. It’s one of the miracles I manifested.

Anyway now that I am keeping track of my cash flow I know that I’ve been to the gas station three times already this week. Normally I would have no clue. Now at least at the end of the month I can see how much I spend on gas and include that in my budget. I can let my husband know, so he can give me the money upfront instead of every time I need gas. It’ll be good for him to know as well how much money we spend of gas and other stuff for that matter…
